Lisa is a registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience supporting clients to create change in their lives.

 

 With a particular interest in the areas of anxiety, depression, anger management, navigating personal and professional relationships, conflict resolution and managing the everyday challenges of life.

Utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Metacognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology,

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
